All we know that Orkut now-a-days allows members to select users from selected countries to view their profiles and add them as friends, this hack will make you able to send you friend requests to who persons who have restricted country friend request. Now nothing can stop you from making friends with anyone, almost with everyone.Now lets discuss, how to do this.
Navigate to Mobile Version of orkut at m.orkut.com.
Go to the person's profile whom you want to add as a friend.
Click on the Add As a Friend option.
Confirm your request.
And you are done.
