Create and Reply to the Topic automatically

1. This Script is generally used in Communities, where you wanted to create a topic and reply in that topic itself.
2. Open this and run the script on this page, a prompt will appear in which you need to type the SUBJECT after that another prompt will appear in which you need to REPLY to the topic.
